Recently the Pasadena Star News published an inspiring article on Caltech’s Dining Services, specifically, the rooftop gardening efforts of executive chef, Zach Chambers at Chandler Café on-campus dining.
This is a refreshing example of the sort of experimental, forward-thinking undertakings we love to see being spearheaded by California institutes of higher learning.

What a blast we had during our first time attending the 2018 International Home & Houseware Show, March 10-13, in Chicago, IL. We were joined by Food Network's Chopped! judge and Iron Chef champion, Alex Guarnaschelli, who did a book signing and giveaway of her stellar new cookbook, The Home Cook, as well as a Turbo Pot cooking demo.
