Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order that has not yet been shipped, you may send an email to info@turbopot.com to request cancellation. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email so that we may better serve you. 

Returns on Purchase from 3rd Party Retailers

If you purchased your Turbo Pot from a 3rd party retailer online or in store, please reach out directly to the seller for coordination of returns.

Returns on Purchase from Turbo Pot

If you have ordered from the Turbo Pot website, have already received your Turbo Pot, and are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return your item within 30 days of delivery along with your order receipt and we will refund the price paid, less any shipping costs, and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. You are responsible for arranging for shipping to return the item.

Please note that the the restocking fee does not apply for products being returned for manufacturer defects or damages incurred through shipping.

Please ensure that you use tracking or signed-for delivery service (such as registered post) as we cannot provide a refund until the item has been received in good condition.
