WARRANTY

5-Year Limited Warranty

This Warranty provision applies to products sold by Eneron Inc. (“Seller”) to the entity shown as buyer (“Buyer”) on Seller’s invoice.

Warranty

Seller warrants to Buyer that the products manufactured by the seller are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date the product is received by Buyer from the Seller (the “Warranty”).

Buyer must return the product record of purchase to the Seller within three (3) years of the date the product is received by Buyer from Seller in order to make a claim under the Warranty.

All quadruple-riveted, home and commercial fry pan handles are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and detachment.

Exclusions

The Warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from: accident, misuse, overheating, improper operation, unauthorized or improper repair, replacement or alteration (including but not limited to repairs, replacements, or alterations made or performed by persons other than Seller’s employees or authorized representatives), failure to provide proper maintenance, unreasonable use or abuse of the product, or use contrary to the manufacturer Usage & Care guidelines.

The Warranty does not include normal wear to the Whitford 3-layer nonstick system of home and commercial fry pans or Greblon 2-layer ceramic nonstick system for home fry pans.

Shipping

Seller will arrange and pay for shipping and handling charges for the unit to be returned to the Seller for reasons of making a warranty claim. Seller will arrange and pay for shipping and handling for the return of the unit to the Buyer.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim and receive a prepaid shipping label, please contact: support1@turbopot.com.

Upon receipt of the product under Warranty period there will be an examination of the product by the Seller. If Seller finds it to be defective, Seller will either repair or provide a replacement product. A replacement may be a similar product if the original product model purchased is no longer available.

Governing Law

The Warranty Provisions and all questions relating to their validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement shall be construed in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the substantive laws of the State of California.
